In Part 3 of our 5-Part Spring Cleaning Series, we talk about some tangible ways to grab hold of our financial lives and get things cleaned out and organized. Have a listen!

Just like these Bible passages emphasize, we stress on today’s show that money is important, but there are things that are much more important. Having our financial priorities in order helps us to also prioritize our own values and spend time focusing on essentials.

Click here for the link to the Financial Health Assessment that I mentioned on the show. (I’m not recommending the services of Consumer Debt Solutions, I’m just providing a resource for a free assessment that asks good questions and helps you think in terms of small action steps. There are other financial health assessment resources on the web as well–just Google or Bing them.)
To help you with these action steps, The Spring Cleaning Coaching Series is still being offered at a discount! You and up to three friends can be coached through your own personal spring cleaning process together–four for the price of 1! Check it out on our Services page, where you can sign up right online.
For more in-depth financial information, especially information for women, visit Suze Orman’s website.
For a faith-based perspective on finance, visit Dave Ramsey’s website. He has a wealth of information, including podcasts of his show. He also has 7 Baby Steps you can take to get out of debt and to build your financial strength and peace. If you haven’t done so already (or recently), I would also encourage you to take Dave’s course, Financial Peace University. It’s offered at churches locally. Take an action step and bring it to your church if you haven’t had it already. It’s a really great resource!
Have you been successful in the past with financial spring cleaning? Share your experiences with us in the comments below. We’d love to hear your praise report!
