We live, move and have our being in Christ. We are called to be imitators of God, our church leaders, and of other churches that are in Christ Jesus. This is a tall order! That’s why it’s so important to have solid leadership principles that we understand and that guide our behavior. Servant leadership and solid, deep listening to others and to God are two such principles that make leaders (and followers) successful in what we do for Christ.
