Biographies
Nicole Kirksey, MPH, MSW is drawing on over twenty years of success in nonprofit leadership and Christian service. She has earned master’s degrees in both social work and in public health. Nicole holds several professional certifications in various areas, including mediation, peace practice, and crisis intervention. Ms. Kirksey is an accomplished trainer and speaker, and has presented workshops at national, statewide and local conferences on issues related to leadership, professional development, diversity, and advocacy.
Nicole is certified as a life and leadership coach. Always with a focus on advancement and achievement, she is concurrently pursuing additional coach certifications from two international and one clergy-centered coaching organization. She also trains other life coaches, and serves as a mentor coach to new coaching professionals.
At Foundational Gifts, Nicole is positioned as the Chief Visionary Officer.
Senior Partner/Chief Leadership Officer Vincent Kirksey, BA is a lay minister and poet whose work inspires and informs the comprehensive service model of Foundational Gifts. In addition to his active work and behind-the-scenes support at “FG,” Vincent is a full-time staff leader at a Fortune 10 company.
Vincent and Nicole are proud parents and life partners, who double as fierce remote control, radio station and home thermostat competitors between honey-do tasks.

Foundational Gifts is founded on the Bible passage Romans 12, which urges us to:
1. Renew the way that we think by removing old, erroneous thoughts;
2. Be humble, but to have faith in the skills, abilities, and gifts that God has given to each of us; and
3. Serve others, and to honor God in the way that we treat other people.
Every component of our service array is firmly rooted in one or more of these principles.
