Foundational Gifts offers coaching in packages: a series of coaching sessions that focus on a particular topic, goal or area of growth. As a participant, you will work with Coach Nicole to set your goals at the beginning of the series, so that you will be able to measure your success (and CELEBRATE!) at the end of the series.
Coaching is conducted by telephone. Payments are accepted safely and securely through PayPal. Once your payment is made, you will be taken to a private page where you can schedule your first session (for private coaching).
INSIGHT Individual Coaching
In this 12-session coaching series, you will learn about each of the Biblical spiritual gifts in depth, and how these apply uniquely to your personal gifts and callings. You will also identify your individual strengths, talents, and personality characteristics; and assess how these interact with your gifts.
From the series, you will take away your own identity statement, which can be used throughout your life to help inform your personal choices, career path, ministries, and community contributions.

GROUP COACHING SESSION PACKAGES
Coaching groups are a great way to get a synergistic effect from coaching. You have the opportunity to receive support and feedback from your coach and the other group members; and you have the opportunity to stretch your own coaching muscle as you support and encourage others. Each member of the group will serve as a resource to the other members. How cool is that? 
Coaching groups are held periodically throughout the year.
